I was having trouble with my gmail email and I contacted Rescuecom and a technician named Roy helped me restore email and folders that I thought were deleted or lost. I highly recommend these guys for your technology needs and they also help with cellphones, routers and tv's. Way to go Rescuecom.

A hacker with the alias "DEATHRIDGE" entered a company Teams meeting via someone invited as a guest, and started taking control of my computer and my life. They sent emails pretending to be me that really looked like they were coming from me. They tried to take control of our corporate bank accounts, added themselves as a user to my Microsoft account, and locked me out of my computer as my passwords no longer worked. My ability to run a telecom company ground to a halt, and all my company and personal information was at their fingertips. I felt so helpless, and I needed folks smarter than the hacker(s) to do battle for me. Our typical computer pros couldn't handle it, and neither could other "experts" I called. Lucky for me I called RESCUECOM, and they immediately got to work. They didn't complain though I was asking for help in the middle of the night, but immediately got to work and worked non-stop to restore everything and protect me going forward. The team at RESCUECOM are my knights in shining armor, and they're the absolute best!

Just had the most remarkable experience with Rescuecom! As an entrepreneur, my computer is my lifeline. I signed up in the evening, and was called within 1 hour. Roy took charge, and within a matter of minutes, restored my computer to fully functional. Best service ever! I will no longer go to the in store repair services again. Worth every penny for that level of customer service and peace of mind.

Horrible horrible customer service. David was awful and the way he spoke to me on the phone was very dismissive. He hung up on the call when I tried to ask him questions.He kept saying how he was the owner of the company and blah blah but would not listen to what I was asking. He’s seriously a narc, it’s very disgusting to hear someone actually not listen to a complaint without refuting and not taking action of his own words.Customer service is awful. He belittles people here and I’m not here for it. Go somewhere else, it’s not worth it.

I am so thankful for Rescuecom for saving my computer and my sanity. I spent a week trying to remove viruses from my computer with a program I bought online that promised 24/7 premium customer service and that was a lie. This company is the real deal. I received immediate help, within a minute of me signing up and David was very kind and knowledgeable and once my computer finished its scan 7 hrs later I immediately received another call from Roy to complete the next step. All I had to do was give him access to my computer and he did the rest of the work while I did other things. He called me as soon as he was done and then went over everything with me and helped me with issues I was having with my gmail account. Exemplary customer service and highly skilled technicians and peace of mind for me, I am extremely grateful and I am now a customer for life!

What a great experience I had with Roy tonight! My computer was hacked and he worked through getting everything restored with great competence and we had a great time chatting as we got through it. He also gave me some great tips on keeping my personal information safe, which I greatly appreciated. I also had the pleasure of speaking with David Millner and he assured me from the start that they would fix the problem and they have! I have truly enjoyed this first experience with this company and hope I have many more!

When I called my compute was completely dead. Going away on Sunday and needed to have access to my computer to get emails out before I left. I talked with T and she was very pleasant and understanding. Take all my information and had tech David call me back. Davis was so awesome and worked with me to get to the point were he could take over my machine. I am so thankful for David he was patience, understand, working with me. He went above and beyond to ensure me that everything will be okay and he would work all night if he had to get my computer fixed. I worked as a supervisor, office manager for many years, I would have been delighted to have David on my team. Once again I am thankful I gave rescue Com I have never any problems with any of the techs. I really appreciate David approach to customer service. Once again he was AWESOME!

Jim has been very responsive and professional and answered every phone call when I had technical issues. I am very happy with the service and the friendly outcome that I encountered. Take a chance on rescuecom, they know what they are doing when it comes to security and technical issues. This is not just a company for small fixes its a guaranteed service with a smile. David is the owner and he helped me out when I told him about my dilemma when my computer got hacked. He spent time explaining all about rescuecom and how it works. Rescuecom has once again rescued me. This time from a potential identity theft situation, and then after solving that, updating all security and operating systems. All with incredible patience and expertise in what for me was a very distressing situation. My level 3 tech Maddy spent literally days getting everything straightened out and David gave me some tips and advice that I have used. The technicians at Rescuecom are for me the best and most professional, and are always there to help quickly, with understanding and kindness, when you need them most.

Rescuecom has the best virus and malware protection in the industry, IMHO. David Milman has very high standards for his tech support people; they are polite, highly competent, and flexible. In my 40 yrs. of experience, they are the best. I do not maintain Microsoft 360 apps on my computers and Jim Perullo in particular has been just fabulous on the learning curve. I recommend Rescuecom to anyone who needs flexible support and the best anti virus and malware available. Hands down!

This company uses contractor found on "gig" websites to be the consumer-facing backbone of the business model. Not only do they over-charge, lie to and scam the customers, but all of the above is done to the hardworking, honest technicians trying to make a living. I did a job that entailed 2 separate trips of over 100 miles each way (so 400 miles total)7.5 hours total (including drive time) and was paid a mere $138. Further I went out of pocket to purchase a power supply for the customer's PC and this lying, cheating, scammer, DAVID MILMAN has yet to reimburse me for my hard earned case. So basically did this job for free since the 100 i spent on his behalf is what the liar paid me for 7.5 hours and 30 year's of experience. Pathetic but karma's coming.

I feel like all these positive reviews are fake.. doesn't look like none of these people actually did business with rescuecom.Long story short, it's the usual scam where they try to charge you for things your computer doesn't need, take advantage of lack of knowledge about how a computer works, their employees hate working there.Avoid it.

This company offers a salary of $40,000 for “Senior Software Engineer” with a requirement of 15 years of experience... You’re kidding, right? Someone with that level of experience should be making 6 figures. But you’re offering an entry-level salary? You can make more as a secretary with zero skillset. I don’t care how great a customer’s experience is if you don’t even compensate your employees appropriately. Horrible company taking advantage of people who need work.

Anthony at Rescuecom RESCUED my printer! I did a firmware update on the printer (NOTE: DO NOT DO THESE! They can turn the device into a useless brick) and then could no longer print. Anthony, my technician has helped me yet again fix major issues slowing down my computer's functionality and speed. The Rescuecom staff is responsiveness, friendly, patient, and most importantly highly competent and skilled at what they do. Anthony's been a pleasure to work with this time and the last time I had an issue with a different device a month or so ago!Only mild critique is that Rescuecom is a bit pricey (especially if you get a new device while subscribed: $98 to transfer coverage from old to new device). This (I write this in all honesty) is a legit business. Laptop was too busted for them to fix, but they found a reliable refurbished one for me at a safe price. Extremely satisfied, and appreciative of their knowledgeable assistance. The one drawback is that you have to enroll in their monthly support plan in order to use their service. Granted, their service is GREAT, but that monthly plan stings.

This was my first experience with Rescuecom. I got a tech named Roy.He was amazing! He was knowledgeable, patient, with excellent customer service skills. While fixing my machine, he built great rapport to avoid dead air. He was so detailed oriented that he even concluded that I wore glasses simply because my fonts were SLIGHTLY larger. He went above and beyond by ensuring that my virus infected machine was cleaned to perfection to include edge, IE, google chrome etc...I will request him every time. You should also!

A scammer was trying to convince me to get gift cards to pay him back for a typo in a transaction amount. Sound familiar? Result was a completely locked up computer. Contacted Rescuecom and they started work on the problem immediately. Ultimately we had to reset my computer. They were completely professional from start to finish. Did I mention they would not consider the request completed until my computer was up and running again. They are patient, kind, and thorough. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 10 stars!!

Big-time cheaters and frauds. They will not tell you about their hidden fix charges on the phone but will convince you to visit their store. Once you reach the store, now they tell you about their payment plans. Option 1. will force you to buy their membership for $29.99 per month +$19.99 fee for whole one year. They force you to sign their contract for one year bond, even if you want to leave or break the bond, you won't be able to do it. They will still charge you with ($29.99*12) {is set to} $359.88. Option2: they will charge you for $199.99 plus parts cost extra for one time service. Don't trust them with your computer ever. They will be very rude once you refuse to fall for their tricks. Wonder why Microsoft has certified them.

I found Rescuecom on the internet, called and found them very responsive. I have another company that I pay to help with computer problems. I had called them and they tried to get me back on my gmail account by doing what I had tried myself. When it didn't work they said they couldn't fix it and hung up. Anthony at rescuecom tried to bring my gmail account back and when it didn't work he kept trying. He got in touch with Google and found that there was a glitch at Google. He kept in touch with me everyday and with Google until he got it fixed. I had even taken my computer to the Google Campus and they would not help me. I feel much more secure with any future computer issues now that I have Rescuecom on my team.

After taking my PC to rescuecom (mistake) who claimed my CPU fried my motherboard, power supply and me knowing a thing or two I immediately packed up my machine, didn't even let them put it back together .Took it to Manny at MM Tech Repair who fixed a damaged PCI Express slot in 2 days for under $100. Yeah. I thought I knew my stuff but Manny is like a PC Guru. And resucom charged me $200 to tell me my whole machine was broke .Thanks Manny!These 5 star reviews are all less than 3 months old .That is called astroturfing and an expert in SEO is looking into reporting them to Google.Oh Yeah they charged me $200 for a misdiagnosis. And reluctantly refunded it. My pc is working fine now. These guys are criminals.

Well not that I have UNLIMITED SERVICE when I need help I get hit with another up grade to to busness class or fix it your self. :>( this place has changed a lot.After talking to David by phone he explained server support just was never in my current plan.I did not ever intend to have a privet Dayz 1.0 server when I signed up with them.So I am sorry if giving one star is a poor thing on my part after several years of outstanding service.In life all things are subject to change.So in the days ahead when I again am pleased with rescuecom I will be sure to give a higher score.

It was great! David was so helpful that he not only replaced my almost-explode battery, but also replaced the HDMI/USB slots which has corrosion on it with a totally new one, and cleaned the mother board as well. It only takes 400 dollars since the apple store ask me for over 1,300 plus tax.

Our email address was hacked one week ago. After trying to fix the problem on our own, to no avail, we found Rescuecom on home advisor. They have been wonderful! After several hours of repeated investigation, the tech Anthony was able to set us up with another email and ultimately was able to restore our original email as well. The gentleman named Forrest who answers when you call for service has a very pleasant voice. He gives it 100+ % when trying to get your computer issues taken care of. They have updated my old computer system. Sent out service technicians to my home as well to my place of business. They even installed new equipment and showed me how to operate it. Forrest himself has visited my establishment to make sure I was using the equipment the correct way. I was and still is very satisfied with the way Forrest has treated me.

DO NOT TAKE THEM MAC PRODUCTS! I paid for the monthly subscription I took them my macbook because it was shutting off. After holding it for months they told me there's nothing they can do. One of the employees then proceeded to sell me another macbook on the side because now mine no longer worked and they "dont work on MACS" from what one employee said. I lost my computer trusting them and hundreds of dollars. VERY SHADY BUSINESS! BE CAREFUL

Rescuecom has helped me so many time over the past 10 years, most recently over a whole weekend when my computer crashed due to (very unwanted) Windows 10 updates. I had once applied for a job here, and though I didn't get the job the manager sat down with me and explained why I didn't get the job and what I had needed to do to get a job like that. Alot of jobs just shoo you away afterwards, but not rescuecom. Fearing that my computer was really shot, I called the company recommended by my daughter. Rescuecom was so very friendly and competent and I didn't feel like I was being treated like an idiot. After trying to fix the problem remotely, I had to take the tower into their facility. The problem was taken care of by Anthony Buckley and he did a yeoman's job getting my computer back in the world of the living. I found Rescuecom on the internet, called and found them very responsive. I have another company that I pay to help with computer problems. I had called them and they tried to get me back on my gmail account by doing what I had tried myself. When it didn't work they said they couldn't fix it and hung up. Anthony at rescuecom tried to bring my gmail account back and when it didn't work he kept trying. He got in touch with Google and found that there was a glitch at Google. He kept in touch with me everyday and with Google until he got it fixed. I had even taken my computer to the Google Campus and they would not help me. I feel much more secure with any future computer issues now that I have Rescuecom on my team.Charlotte

If you have a problem you simply can NOT go wrong with Rescue.com. First off they solved two MAJOR problems for me and they did it online. I own a large company and have an IT staff but they are in Chicago. I thought I needed someone locally to solve a pesty configuration issue I was having along with terrible internet service that turned out to be related to construction on the property next door to mine. They solved the problem instantly and easily and would have sent someone to my home if I needed it. But get this--- the best part is that it is guaranteed!!! If they don't fix the problem you don't pay. It simply doesn't get better than that.

I want to Thank Rescuecom for coming to my Rescue today and saving my pc from a Nasty Adware Fake Microsoft Fraud Scam going around trying to get people to buy something for their computer that is not needed. The Technician that assisted me today called me quickly and resolved my issue the day and within an hour of me calling. Placed a call to rescuecom for computer data recovery help and response time was very fast and had my computer back up and running quickly. Really convenient not to have to bring computer anywhere. Rescuecom was a great help to me when my computer died. My computer was not posting video and we tried to install a new video card but it still didn't post or boot up and I decided to purchase a new computer and Rescuecom was there to help me set it up, transfer all my data from my old hard drive and establish a connection with them for any future issues. I highly, highly recommend this service to anyone and everyone no matter their needs or skill sets.My tech person, Anthony, a veteran who by the way proudly served and sacrificed for our great nation, spent at last count 4 1/2 hours resolving my needs. I naively thought, being the computer dinosaur that I am, that my service requests were easy and would be resolved quickly so was hesitant once I found out what it was going to cost but I knew I needed a specialist and liked the fact that it (service call) could be done without leaving home. Let me tell you Anthony had his hands full and he did not disappoint! I simply can not describe what he had to go through with me because as embarrassing as it is, I am computer illiterate and could not follow instructions or perform even the simplest of steps in order for him to sign and navigate through and update my system. Anthony, although I got testy at times, maintained a high degree of professionalism; was skillful at explaining his commands; polite and steadfast to the task at hand throughout the entire call. Poor Anthony, it was the nightmare of nightmare service calls. The service call has ended but he has yet to finalize my service requests which will be completed on Monday. Technologically educated, resourceful, committed and knowledgeable is an under statement!! You will not regret calling this company for your technological needs. Linda M.

I've had Rescuecom for several years now. Opening a ticket is fast and easy, even for someone like me who is technically challenged. I had an appointment with Anthony this morning to deal with a frustrating issue with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Anthony was prompt, provided great feedback and quickly resolved the problem. I was looking for months a company and last night I needed someone tohelp me with my computer not booting up and I found Rescuecom . I found Rescuecom thru doing a Google Search and I picked up the phone and called Rescuecom. I was having issues with My Printer not Printing emails and I was assigned a remote technician that assisted me remotely with my issue. I later learned that I need Microsoft Office to open attachments and I need Adobe Products to open PDF files , etc. My Issue is now resolved and was done in a timely fashion. This company pitched a repair and maintenance service for a monthly fee to me, stating, any fees for repairs would be for parts only. The representative guaranteed that I would get a call back from a tech within 45 min. Well, I got a call within the 45 min., however, the estimated fee for the repair was substantially higher than a quote I received from a local repair company. To make matters worse, they are refusing me a refund for purchasing this service, that I believe was misrepresented to me and I would never use. Beware, if it sounds to good to be true, it is to good to be true.

I got number yesterday, I called, a man pick up, and as soon as I registered with them they to a man who was the most understanding man in the world. He told me to calm down and he would take care of everything--and he did! My printer wouldn't work and it was driving me crazy. He took control of my printer,and told me he would call back later. Later he called and said it was something to do with the printer itself. So after trying a few things we discovered what it was and we fixed together.

We contacted Rescuecom and they were very accommodating to our schedule - keep in mind that you have to relinquish access to your computer/device for 3-4 hours. We recommend you have a power supply and excellent wifi access. After Rescuecom completed the cleanup process our computer is much faster and free of malware. We highly recommend their services.

While riding bikes with my children, as a teacher I made certain they had helmets on, but as an adult I knew I'd be fine without one. After falling off and hitting my head I arrived DOA. (dead on arrival). 25 (twenty-five!) brain surgeries later trying to navigate a computer when I can only look at the screen 25 minutes or less w/out having a grand-mal seizure (last count 750+) I can't spend time to figure out the problem(s) or if I do, I quickly forget. The reason I'm saying this is; #1 wear a helmet and #2 Rescuecom (poor people) have put up with me, probably 12 X's/yr and are always: polite, professional, caring, understanding and most importantly knowledgeable. So, if you need a company who will take care of ALL of your needs, you're in the right place.

Rescuecom was more than helpful.. I was very difficult to work with because I am old and I have a very bad memory. So, after they taught me a new thing, I could not remember it. However, they did not scream at me (as I deserved) but most patiently steered me to the correct place. Very helpful in recovery files on the flash drive. Did what he could despite the pending circumstances with the drive when rescuecom received the disk. Like the fact that they can work from there office and update my computer without me or my computer leaving my home. I would refer this service to other customers. I only wish my subscription would cover my home computer along with my labtop

Exceptional, speedy service. I called and after only about a hour, I received a call from the technician. I signed him onto my PC and he took it from there. My computer was at a total stand still when I first used Rescuecom. What was great is that they were able to do the entire job without me leaving my home. True 24/7 365 service. The tech worked on my computer about 9 hours the first time I needed help. Their virus protection does not slow down my computer. I get help any time I need it. Computer problems and viruses are now a thing of the past for me. Great Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have worked with Roy, my Level 3 technician, who has not only addressed my issues but also given me advice on product and services which would improve my on line experiences. I thought I would have to either buy a new computer or have to pay upwards of $800 dollars after I accidentally spilled orange juice on my MacBook. I want to give a huge thanks to Rescuecom and Robert for all the time he put into working on my laptop. After many hours working on it, it became clear that my hard drive was shot and I needed a new one. Robert ordered it for me and it came in just a few days. I called Rescuecom up and was connected with Robert. He walked me through installing my hard drive and then he took over and got everything installed with my new operating system. The computer has been working even better than when I first got it. I am so delighted that I found Rescuecom and certainly will count on them from now on for keeping my computer working smoothly. It's easy. When I call, I explain to the technician the issues that I have with the computer. He listens to the problems I have been having with the computer. Then he performs his magic. He calls me back and makes sure I have no further issues with the system. Only when I am satisfied with results, does the session end. That is real service. Incidentally, my service technician this time was Steven. I have had other issues in the past and been serviced by other technicians with the same degree of satisfaction.

My company uses Rescuecom for support of our network and our PCs. Steve in particular has been especially helpful. We had a crash last week and they fixed the problem within a couple of hours. I also use something they call RISS and it has been pretty good at protecting me from viruses. I will use them again.
