ORLANDO, FL - A former RESCUECOM technician has made the jump from employee to operator. Frank Heron, a technician with more than 14 years of experience in the computer services field, has just been licensed to operate a RESCUECOM franchise in Orlando. He will join two other franchises that already operate in that region.

"The biggest opportunity here is simply to own your own business," said Heron. "With all of my experience, the support of RESCUECOM headquarters, and some hard work, success will certainly be the end result."

Heron, a graduate of Central Florida University, will be supported in running his franchise by his father; Frank Heron, Sr. Both recently completed a six day training workshop at the RESCUECOM corporate office in Syracuse, NY.
