ORLANDO, FL - A former RESCUECOM technician has made the jump from employee to operator. Frank Heron, a technician with more than 14 years of experience in the computer services field, has just been licensed to operate a RESCUECOM franchise in Orlando. He will join two other franchises that already operate in that region.

While fixing my machine, he built great rapport to avoid dead air. He was so detailed oriented that he even concluded that I wore glasses simply because my fonts were SLIGHTLY larger.
