CHARLOTTE, NC - RESCUECOM, a leading provider of on-site computer services, has licensed a franchise to operate within the city of Charlotte and surrounding counties. With a large presence along the east coast and the southwest, this is RESCUECOM's first venture within the state of North Carolina.

Although Schilling's franchise has been in business for the last few months, he has taken much of this time ironing out the details of running a computer services company, as well as forming relationships with the technicians that will be performing his service calls. Before making the decision to franchise, Schilling worked as a network administrator and a network engineer for a computer consulting firm. However, none of those jobs allowed him the freedom and profit that comes with owning a business.

I talked with T and she was very pleasant and understanding. Take all my information and had tech David call me back. Davis was so awesome and worked with me to get to the point were he could take over my machine. I am so thankful for David he was patience, understand, working with me. He went above and beyond to ensure me that everything will be okay and he would work all night if he had to get my computer fixed. I worked as a supervisor, office manager for many years, I would have been delighted to have David on my team.
