RESCUECOM Opens Fifth Manhattan Location

Another New RESCUECOM Franchise Starts Serving Customers in Manhattan

July 8, 2004:

MANHATTAN RESCUECOM®, the nation's only one hour on-site computer repair and networking services company, increased their capabilities in Manhattan this week by licensing their fifth franchise location.

"This is a great opportunity for the whole RESCUECOM® family," said David A. Milman, CEO. "A fifth franchise allows us to solidify our presence in New York City and give those residents and businesses there access to our high level services."
With the addition of the new franchise, RESCUECOM® will also be able to expand their coverage of the neighboring boroughs of Brooklyn and the Bronx. Combined with another franchise on Staten Island, RESCUECOM® now has the ability to serve customers throughout all of the New York City area.

Alan Douglas, new franchisee and former operator of New Techniques, Inc., is equally excited about the opportunities that RESCUECOM® brings to his former independent business.

"RESCUECOM® takes care of all the little details that plague small businesses," said Douglass. "With the full support of the corporate headquarters, I can now go out and focus on our number one priority, which is customer service and satisfaction."
As the only provider of guaranteed one hour on-site service, this new franchise represents the 51st licensed by RESCUECOM®. Headquartered in Syracuse, New York, RESCUECOM® is the premiere franchiser in the computer services industry that delivers business and sales resources to the industry's "best of the best" computer technicians and consultants. RESCUECOM®'s main product, One-Hour On-site Response, delivers a certified technician to the customer within one hour of request and is now available throughout 14 states.

...Rescuecom has once again rescued me. This time from a potential identity theft situation, and then after solving that, updating all security and operating systems. All with incredible patience and expertise in what for me was a very distressing situation. My level 3 tech Maddy spent literally days getting everything straightened out and David gave me some tips and advice that I have used. The technicians at Rescuecom are for me the best and most professional, and are always there to help quickly, with understanding and kindness, when you need them most. less

...Jim P. was very good in explaining why a call was inputted and explained the updates that he was going to do from both Windows and Rescuecom. After completed he helped with some boot up programs to be disabled to help give me a little more "speed" in startup. Great experience. less
