RESCUECOM Continues Growth in Southern California

Newest franchise represents growing West Coast presence

TEMECULA, CARESCUECOM, a leading provider of on-site computer services, maintained its growth in Southern California by licensing a franchise headquartered in Temecula. This franchise represents the third in Southern California and the fifth overall within the state of California.

"To solidify our national presence, we are making a concerted effort to expand our operations on the West coast," said David A. Milman, CEO. "With such a huge market in the state of California, there is plenty of room for our growth."

This newest franchise, run by the husband and wife team of Arnel and Cecilia Ticsay, brings over 15 years of experience from the computer services field. Such knowledge of systems support, programming, network, and software makes them perfect candidates for the RESCUECOM system, which licenses its franchises to only the most qualified from the computer services field.

"The proven systems and procedures as well as the corporate support team make RESCUECOM very attractive to a potential franchisee," said Arnel Ticsay. "We are excited to begin offering RESCUECOM services to our community and we hope to expand quickly to other metropolitan areas in California."

Headquartered in Syracuse, New York, RESCUECOM® is the premiere franchiser in the computer services industry that delivers business and sales resources from the industry's "best of the best" computer technicians and consultants. RESCUECOM's main product, One-Hour On-site Response, delivers a certified technician to the customer within one hour of request and is available nationwide. ...I am so thankful for Rescuecom for saving my computer and my sanity. I spent a week trying to remove viruses from my computer with a program I bought online that promised 24/7 premium customer service and that was a lie. This company is the real deal. I received immediate help, within a minute of me signing up and David was very kind and knowledgeable and once my computer finished its scan 7 hrs later I immediately received another call from Roy to complete the next step. All I had to do was give him access to my computer and he did the rest of the work while I did other things. He called me as soon as he was done and then went over everything with me and helped me with issues I was having with my gmail account. Exemplary customer service and highly skilled technicians and peace of mind for me, I am extremely grateful and I am now a customer for life! less

...I am thoroughly impressed with this company. The attention to detail, a high level of professionalism, and sticking with some rather pesky problems until both the technician and I were satisfied with the results. Bravo! less
