RESCUECOM Achieves Business Growth with Patented "System One" Model

Unique software and business philosophy have translated into economic success

SYRACUSE, NY - RESCUECOM, a leading provider of on-site computer repair and business solutions, has grown rapidly over the past few years. Its growth and subsequent economic success are the result of a business philosophy, comprehensive management program, and wireless software known collectively as "System One."

Patented System One software is a front to back office tool that allows computer service companies to manage every aspect of their business with little to no effort. From tracking service calls, to accounting, to technician recruiting, System One's wireless capabilities create a virtual office where an operator is in contact with technicians and the corporate office at all times. Coupled with the philosophy portion of the RESCUECOM business model, System One is a total management tool that has helped the company expand globally.

"System One is one of the big reasons that we attract so many of the computer industry's best of the best computer experts to the RESCUECOM franchise system," said David Milman, CEO. "With our System One business methodology, people achieve success much faster than if they decided to go out on their own."

The System One business model replaces the need for the normal office structure. With a complete set of customer, office, and employee management systems already in place, the computer services company operator is left with the tasks of building customer relationships and managing, motivating, and educating their technicians. Without the need for office staff or even physical office space, RESCUECOM franchise operators often realize their own measure of success much quicker than those small business owners with more overhead and business costs.

System One, while always evolving to meet the challenges of the modern business climate, is the result of more than 20 years of experience and development in the computer services industry. By compiling such knowledge into a single system, RESCUECOM has created a map for franchisees to follow that allows them to avoid the many problems, pitfalls, and landmines that affect all computer service companies.

Headquartered in Syracuse, New York, RESCUECOM® is the premiere franchiser in the computer services industry that delivers business and sales resources from the industry's "best of the best" computer technicians and consultants. RESCUECOM's main product, One-Hour On-site Response, delivers a certified technician to the customer within one hour of request and is available nationwide. ...A hacker with the alias "DEATHRIDGE" entered a company Teams meeting via someone invited as a guest, and started taking control of my computer and my life. They sent emails pretending to be me that really looked like they were coming from me. They tried to take control of our corporate bank accounts, added themselves as a user to my Microsoft account, and locked me out of my computer as my passwords no longer worked. My ability to run a telecom company ground to a halt, and all my company and personal information was at their fingertips. I felt so helpless, and I needed folks smarter than the hacker(s) to do battle for me. Our typical computer pros couldn't handle it, and neither could other "experts" I called. Lucky for me I called RESCUECOM, and they immediately got to work. They didn't complain though I was asking for help in the middle of the night, but immediately got to work and worked non-stop to restore everything and protect me going forward. The team at RESCUECOM are my knights in shining armor, and they're the absolute best! less
