David A. Milman
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO and Founder of RESCUECOM, David A. Milman has lead the company to its position as the premier provider of guaranteed computer support in the United States.
With over 20 years of leadership experience, Milman has developed his company from a one-room operation he managed from his college apartment into the nationally recognized franchise company that the RESCUECOM Corporation is today. He has developed and perfected the SYSTEM ONEŽ software that is responsible for governing all aspects of RESCUECOM’s service and support infrastructure.
Milman is a graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. His advice and expertise have been featured in various media outlets including MSNBC, CNBC, CBS Evening News, NY Daily News, and USA Today, among many other prestigious programs and publications.
Josh Kaplan
President
Josh Kaplan joined the RESCUECOM senior management team as Marketing Director in January 2006. After working for over 2 years with increasing responsibilities and gaining intimate knowledge of the business operations, Kaplan was named President of RESCUECOM in June of 2008.
Prior to joining RESCUECOM, Kaplan served as the lead technician and IT Support Manager for Patient care, Inc. in West Orange, New Jersey, a large homecare provider in the United States. At Patient care, he was responsible for building a Help Desk team to support users in 28 locations across the country.
Kaplan graduated first in his class, Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honors Society.
Eric Fontaine
Marketing Director
Eric Fontaine joined RESCUECOM as Marketing Director in the summer of 2005. His experience includes product development, business process consulting, as well as major ERP system selection and implementation.
Prior to joining RESCUECOM, Fontaine served at Eastman Kodak Company, and he deployed an ISO 9000-compliant Software Development Process at CVC Products, a manufacturer of capital equipment for the data storage industry.
Fontaine is a graduate of the University of Rochester’s William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration.
Edmund Gegan
Corporate Counsel
Edmund Gegan joined RESCUECOM as Corporate Counsel in January 2004. He has been practicing law since 1994 concentrating his practice in commercial and business law, trademark law, franchise law and commercial litigation. Gegan is responsible for protecting RESCUECOM’s intellectual property and assuring compliance with Federal and State franchise regulations.
Michael Rask
IT Manager
Michael Rask joined RESCUECOM in July 2005 as IT Director. His responsibilities include data center management, IT product development, and technical support for franchisees.
Prior to joining RESCUECOM, Rask owned and operated Global Computers of CNY, Inc., worked at A-Z Computers & Services Inc., and also worked at two of RESCUECOM’s Syracuse Franchises.
