At RESCUECOM, your right to privacy and data security is our primary concern. RESCUECOM Only Asks For Specific Types Of Personal Information

In a few areas on our Web site and through our online customer support tools, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to enhance your site visit, to assist you with technical support issues, or to follow up with you after your visit.  It is completely optional for you to participate. You can request the individual information that RESCUECOM has collected about you on this web site by faxing a copy of your driver’s license along with your telephone number and email address to: “REQUESTING PERSONAL INFORMATION @ 315-433-5228.”

We will respond to you with an email containing all information we have collected about you. There is neither a fee nor a limit to the number of requests you may make. You can have factual inaccuracies in this information corrected by contacting info@rescuecom.com.

SYSTEM ONE and the online service requester rescuecom.com is designed to give you options concerning the privacy of your credit card information, name, address, e-mail and any other information you provide us.

RESCUECOM is committed to maintaining the security of personal data collected on our web site. We offer industry standard security measures available through your browser called SSL encryption, (please see RESCUECOM’s Site Security Policy page for details on these security measures). If at any time you would like to make a purchase, but do not want to provide your credit card information online, you may place an order without providing credit card information and a representative will contact you. Alternatively, you may always contact a sales representative over the telephone. Simply call (703) 986-3233. It has always been RESCUECOM’s practice to contact customers in the event of a potential problem with your purchase.

Customized Experience

New technologies are emerging on the Internet that help us deliver customized visitor experiences. Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important, for that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our site is structured to attract anyone under 13.

...I found Rescuecom thru doing a Google Search and I picked up the phone and called Rescuecom. I was having issues with My Printer not Printing emails and I was assigned a remote technician that assisted me remotely with my issue. I later learned that I need Microsoft Office to open attachments and I need Adobe Products to open PDF files , etc. My Issue is now resolved and was done in a timely fashion. I now have there monthly service in case I need there services. I highly recommend there service to others that need help with there computers. less
