You will be delighted with our first service or we will cancel your subscription with no charge.
One-time Online Flat Rate Service
If we cannot fix the problem we refund our fee.
One-time Onsite Service
Our Certified Technician will diagnose the problem and provide an
exact not-to-exceed quote to resolve your issue. If we cannot fix the problem for our quoted fee, we will issue you a refund.
If the exact same problem reappears within 30 days we provide Unlimited Free Warranty Service.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your unlimited computer support subscription any time after 12 months or if we cannot resolve your first issue.
You may cancel a One-time Online Flat Rate Service two hours prior to your appointment for a full refund.
You may cancel One-time Onsite Service twenty four hours prior to your appointment for a full refund.
All Guarantees apply when you allow us to fix your problem and you are available for your appointment.
If you are unavailable for your appointment and our technician calls you, but you do not answer, or if we come to your location and you are not there or are unavailable to continue with service, no refund will be given. We may, at our discretion offer you a voucher good for a future service call.
