When you ask your question of a lawyer, you have to set two fields.  One is how fast you need an answer.  The other field allows you to dictate how thorough you want the answer to be when you receive it.  These two settings are adjusted very easily using simple slide controls between three potential settings (high to low priority for speed, light detail to heavy detail for other).  The site is very easy to use and answers may arrive in your e-mail box within minutes of asking your question!

JustAnswer Legal is not, however, a free service.  The site requires a good faith deposit (usually $49) which pays for the time and expertise of the lawyers answering questions.  This deposit is refundable if you are not satisfied with the answer you received and JustAnswer Legal is very good about honoring their refund policy.
