fix the problem, we will provide additional on-site or remote support, at no charge. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund service charges, up to a maximum of $250.00.
Our Products Are Guaranteed
One year replacement cost warranty on all products purchased from and installed by RESCUECOM, even if the manufacturer warranty has expired. Labor beyond 90 days will be billable at our regular hourly or flat rates.
