Enloop CEO Cynthia McCahon Helps Businesses Assess Their Potential Success

Many entrepreneurs and young businesses waste time on faulty business models or make early mistakes that all but destroy the potential of a promising core idea.  One of the best steps in forming a new company is creating a detailed business plan that lays out every step of a startup’s business model, as well as the purpose behind each step. Detailed business plans can help people gauge the potential costs of their company, including things like business computer service and operation costs.  When a startup team has this information laid out, challenges and opportunities become clearer to them. However, the process takes an extensive period of time, and it’s difficult to find ways to gauge a plan’s success before implementing it. Cool person in technology Cynthia McCahon founded Enloop to help businesses gain insight to their potential success based on their plans.

McCahon claims on Enloop’s website that she founded her company in order to provide business owners a “practical warning system” for their plans.  She aims to provide this with the Enloop software.  McCahon’s product lets businesses easily input their details of their model and then produces a detailed plan in PDF form based on those details.  Enloop automates the process of actually creating and producing a written business plan.  McCahon’s software then takes the details a user enters into its software and produces an “EPS” or “Enloop Performance Score”.  This score predicts the chance of success for a plan someone created through the Enloop software.  Each EPS comes from a comparison of other companies’ successes and failures using similar methods to those found within a submitted business plan. If a score comes out low, business owners then receive warning that they may need to re-examine their model.  Users who have trouble creating reports with the Enloop program should contact office computer support for help operating the program.

McCahon founded Enloop in 2008, having previously also founded a company named Sampleplan.com in 2002.  McCahon’s first company provided entrepreneurs with sample business plans and assistance with writing them.  This, of course, directly relates to what McCahon’s Enloop product aims to do for young businesses.  It is likely that this cool person’s previous experience with Sampleplans.com gave her specific insight into why Enloop is necessary for many entrepreneurs.  McCahon’s experience with helping startups in the past likely directs her as she runs Enloop and helps young companies develop successful business models.
