Oisin Hurley Helps Brands to Communicate with Customers as CTO of Converser

Customers are the most important aspect of any business that revolves around a product or service.  Companies must be on the pulse of customers’ needs and desires at all times if they want their product to thrive in the marketplace.   However, it’s hard for a business to be customer centric if it does not communicate with its clientele efficiently.  Converser CTO and cool person in technology Oisin Hurley wants to help mobile app developers connect and engage with their user base.  Hurley has developed messaging and communication technology that is installable in any mobile application.  This two-way messaging system gives app users a direct connection to the developers so the users can voice opinions, make suggestions and get problems addressed.  Just as many remote tech support computers connect directly to their customers’ computers to provide service, Converser allows mobile app companies to connect directly to the people using their product.  Hurley’s company also keeps app users engaged with actionable in-app messages that prompt users to try new features or functionality.  With Converser, Hurley helps both app users and app developers stay informed.

Converser also has other functions when installed in a mobile application.  Hurley’s tech is useful for tracking how customers respond to messages.  Converser keeps tabs on all customer interactions, whether they be two-way exchanges or in-app notifications.  Companies can see how their users interact with their app through a special metrics and analytics page that Hurley’s company provides.  With access to these metrics, mobile app developers can gain insight on how to improve the experience of the app for customers.  Mobile developers that have issues accessing the metrics provided by Converser should find help from business IT support experts.

Hurley has been a software developer for a number of years and worked for several different startups and larger companies.  He has held positions as a developer for both Progress Software and IONA Technologies.  He founded Converser in 2011 as his own project.  Converser originally began life as “Vigill” but as the company matured, Hurley and his business partner Barry Nolan decided to change the name of the company.  As CTO, Hurley must continue to optimize Converser’s technology in the ever-changing world of mobile computing.  We’ll see if his experience pays off for his company as time moves forward.
