Katherine Fleischman is the Young CEO of Blink PR

Being a successful young entrepreneur is never an easy thing to accomplish.  Founding a company, directing it in its early stages and turning it into a successful business are things that many people struggle to do even after years of experience in an industry.  That’s why cool person Katherine Fleischman, the twenty-eight year old founder and CEO of Blink PR, is so impressive.  Fleishman has built Blink PR from the ground up and has garnered a long list of clients.  Fleischman founded her PR agency in 2008, less than two years after graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in art history and psychology.  After only a year of working as a media coordinator at agency212, Fleischman made the bold move of stepping out on her own and trying to build something from nothing.  Five years later, Blink PR is the result of her efforts.  While working on Blink PR in New York City, Fleishman also managed to get a Master’s degree in public relations from NYU.

While Blink PR’s clientele are mainly from the fashion and lifestyle industries, Fleischman also works with several clients from the tech sector, including Mike Mann, a successful web entrepreneur.  While Fleischman’s background in humanities and PR indicate that she’d be more likely to call for computer support than provide it, that hasn’t kept her company from dipping its metaphorical toes into the tech industry.  Other clients of Fleischman include Jay Leopardi, who works closely with Daymond John of the Shark Tank at Shark Branding.

Fleischman’s company offers many services to its clients, both tech and non-tech related.  While Blink PR offers services like event planning, celebrity outreach, and sponsorship opportunities, it also offers technical services such as promotional website development and online blog upkeep.  Of course, Fleischman’s company’s main purpose is promotion and public relations, not tech support.  Companies who use Blink PR will still need solid business IT services to provide them with the proper help for their technological needs.  Either way, Fleischman is an entrepreneur who has accomplished a significant amount in her young career, and she is most definitely a cool person.
