The Marvel App Lets People Turn Mock-Ups into Prototypes

Designing and prototyping software and websites is such a tedious and difficult process partially because the two acts require such different skillsets.  Designers are necessary to find the best interface for a positive user experience, but they do not have the coding skills professional programmers have that are necessary to turn a design into a working prototype ready for demonstration. The Marvel app is a cool product in technology that lets teams avoid part of this lengthy process.  The Marvel app helps people quickly create prototypes for new designs without having to code at all.  Instead, the Marvel app has users use the images of the designs themselves to formulate clickable and interactive prototypes to present to clients, investors, or anyone else they want to see their concept in action.

In order to create workable prototypes, the Marvel App connects to a Dropbox account where users have uploaded a design’s images.  People can then link images together and highlight clickable areas with the Marvel app’s set of creation tools.  Without having to write a line of code, people can create workable versions of a website or app design to demonstrate their ideas.  The Marvel App uses cloud technology to keep all prototypes accessible for viewing through any browser.  This model allows customers to show off their prototypes on a wide variety of devices including standard computers, tablets, smartphones and even many modern video game consoles.  Anyone who believes the app is not accessing the images in their Dropbox account properly can contact a cloud computer support company to get help.

The Marvel app is not only a web app, but also has a mobile version available on iPhone.  The iPhone app for Marvel integrates with the Apple phone so that users can actually take pictures of physical sketches or other printed images to use as part of a rough prototype and then create the prototype within the app.  In theory, with the Marvel app for iPhone, a user could design and pitch a concept using just a pen, paper and their smartphone.  Any companies that have issues using the iPhone application for Marvel may want to consider hiring an iPhone IT support service.
