Matthew Bellows Created Yesware to Make Email Work for Salespeople

Email has the unique distinction of being both an essential resource and incredible problem in the workplace.  While it is an essential communication tool for any professional, email often piles up and leads to disorganization.  It’s all too easy to lose an important message when you’re digging through thousands of messages in your inbox.  Cool person in tech Matthew Bellows founded his startup Yesware to help sales professionals not only navigate and handle their emails more efficiently, but also actually leverage email to increase sales conversions.  Bellows and his team have created a Gmail add-on that attempts to tailor the email experience to sales professionals’ needs.  Bellows has Yesware track emails so it can alert salespeople when clients open their messages.  Bellows means for this feature to help keep all active leads fresh in a salesperson’s mind when they utilize email.  It also helps users estimate when clients check and read their email.  This could help users optimize follow-up emails based on when their customers are most likely to see them.  Anyone who has trouble integrating Yesware into their Gmail service can contact office tech support for assistance.

Yesware isn’t only a tracking and reminder tool to help salespeople organize their email threads.  Bellows has also placed multiple other features optimized for sales into his company’s product.  Yesware includes a collaboration tool that allows users to share conversation threads with other team members easily.  This helps different members of a sales team share winning techniques and language with each other.  Yesware also lets users create templates from their most successful email language for each stage of a sales process.  This could potentially make following up on leads a more efficient process for sales professionals and reduce wasted time and productivity formatting each and every message in a routine sales exchange.  Yesware also features an option to synchronize with Salesforce and an option to view analytics about leads and conversions.  With such a robust feature set included in the product, it’s clear that Bellows set out to optimize every aspect of email for the sales process. Those who get lost in Yesware’s feature set may want a PC support professional for help as they start using the product.

Bellows has held several major positions where he managed major sales initiatives and processes.  He was the vice president of mobile entertainment at CNET Networks Inc., a general manager at Floodgate Entertainment, and the vice president of sales at Vivox, a voice chat integrator for video games.  Bellows ample experience in the sales world is likely what helps him further new initiatives at Yesware and optimize his product for his customer base.
