Cory Capasso Founded Nomi to Offer Analytics for Offline Marketing

Most online marketing tools offer businesses an analytics feature to measure the successes and failures of their online strategy.  Many businesses have found that these analytical tools help them visualize their business model and customer base in new ways.  Analytics can also help them gain new insights into their model that they didn’t originally consider.  What if you could apply the same analytics to an enterprise’s offline marketing and get similar insights?  That’s exactly what cool person in technology Cory Capasso is trying to do with his company Nomi.  Nomi claims to offer businesses a vertically integrated solution that provides analytics about their offline marketing in the same way a business receives analytics from online marketing services.  Offline marketing includes sales, promotions, events, in-store signs, end caps, displays and any other form of advertising that doesn’t involve an Internet connection.  Capasso’s company leverages an enterprise’s POS, CRM, and BI systems to gather the appropriate data.  It then uses that data to try to provide you with insightful analytics.  If you’re interested in utilizing an analytics service like Nomi, but you need technical help implementing one, make sure you contact a business IT service before going forward.

Capasso’s goal is to help other businesses organize and properly target their marketing for maximum efficiency.  He believes that his company’s analytics solution gives business owners the tools they need to determine which practices are most effective.  Nomi’s analytics allows users to easily organize their offline marketing and quantify it in a series of campaigns.  Capasso wants owners to have easily accessible data so they can decide what advertising decisions were better or worse for business.  Business owners who need help using their analytics software to its maximum potential should always have tech support ready to help them.

Capasso is a serial entrepreneur.  He has been actively building businesses since his early twenties.  Before founding Nomi and becoming its president in 2012, Capasso founded social media marketing company Spinback in 2010.  He eventually sold Spinback to Buddy Media before starting Nomi only months later.  Not all of Capasso’s entrepreneurial past was in the technology sector.  He also developed a technology to create flavored plastics.  He founded MoGo Sports to leverage that technology and produce a series of flavored mouth guards that stores sell all over the country today.
